I actually saw a sponsored ad on Facebook, went to Google where Elite Shine had great reviews. My neighbor and I scheduled them to come out to wash the windows in both our homes, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Miranda is very customer service oriented and super responsive, and Javier and Jermey are hardworking, friendly, and do a beautiful job on the windows and screens. They are a great team, and we will definitely have them back and will refer them to friends, neighbors, and clients!

I’ve had solar panels on my home for about 20 years now, and honestly, I never thought much about maintaining them. You might think, “How could you not clean your panels for two decades—are you crazy?” Well, maybe a little, but truthfully I just never realized how important it was for performance. Recently, my electricity rates went way up, and I couldn’t figure out why. It never even crossed my mind that the panels might not be working at their best. One day, I wasn’t even searching for solar panel cleaning services—I was just grabbing food at In-N-Out when I noticed an Elite Shine Property truck. Something in me said, “Take a picture, reach out later.” And that’s where this review really begins.From the first conversation, the team was incredibly kind, professional, and transparent. I’ll admit, I didn’t shop around, so I had no clue what the “going rate” for panel cleaning was. But they walked me through their process step by step, explained everything clearly, and even offered to bundle in a gutter cleaning for September.When they came out today, we actually tested my solar output through the app before and after cleaning. The difference was shocking—my panels are now producing an additional 600–900 watts after the cleaning! I can’t even begin to explain how dirty they were compared to how spotless they look now. The results speak for themselves. I was so impressed that I immediately sent photos to my neighbor, who quickly replied, “Okay, we need to get ours cleaned too.” That’s how dramatic the difference was.Thank you, Elite Shine, for your professionalism, friendliness, and for simply getting the job done right. We had our windows cleaned about a month ago and they have not lost their luster. WOW! I was impressed with the state of the art cleaning equipement at the attention to detail. Using Windex and a rag is a stone age process compared to the equipement used by Elite Shine!

I cannot say enough about the superior service I received today with Elite Shine Property Services. I reached out to Miranda and Javier to have the interior / exterior of my windows done at home here in Orange County. They did a thorough job on cleaning all my screens / windows , with a before and after that still stuns me . With all the rain we had last year I guess I didn’t realize how bad they had gotten. They even offered to repair one of my screens that was riddled with holes , and return it back to me a few days later. They offered me a super fair price and were extremely friendly and professional, I will absolutely be using them again and was beyond impressed with the service I received from Miranda and Javier. They did an unbelievably great job! When I walked into the living room the next day it was so bright I thought the windows were open. Then when I realized they were closed I thought they had forgotten to replace the screens. But the screens were on! Best job ever!!

Having done my windows myself for so many years (and not very regularly), I was amazed to see how much faster it is and how much cleaner the windows are when you have a professional do it. Elite Shine offers fair pricing and attention to detail that I wish more companies would offer for other services. I'm sold. I highly recommend delegating this chore to a team that will clean your windows, screens, etc. as if they were their own. Javier and Miranda are both very professional and personable, and Javier is fluently bilingual (English/Spanish).

They were amazing! Came out quickly, did the work and were insanely reasonably priced! So nice and easy to deal with also. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Your guys did a wonderful job! It took a bit longer because the company I used to use brought 4 or 5 guys and were finished in about 45 minutes. I wish I could remember their names (I’m terrible at that!) but they were respectful and thorough and missed nothing! Not a smudge or streak! I will now use your company from now on. GREAT JOB!!👍🏼

The Elite Shine team did an outstanding job cleaning my windows and went above and beyond! They even got onto our roof and did our sky lights - which we were not expecting! The day after our cleaning there was unexpected rain, and Elite Shine reached out to come back the next day to do touch ups for free. Elite Shine Property Services recently cleaned our solar panels and we cannot be more pleased with the outcome. It has been a long time since they were cleaned and wow, what a difference it makes. They showed up exactly on the time scheduled and immediately went to work using their equipment to wash the panels and carefully managed walking on our not so easy roof, again with all their equipment. Furthermore they were very kind and thoughtful about our residence and they were a pleasure to deal with. There is no question in our mind that we will be recommending them and more importantly their prices are more than reasonable for what they accomplish. We are now once again saving greatly with our electricity bill and will not hesitate to have them again once our solar electrical output begins to dwindle.
